1. Who we are

This website is operated by MRTC LAB — Martucci Consulting, sole trader Armando Martucci, VAT / P.IVA IT03919610786, Italy. Contact: info@mrtclab.it · +39 351 175 1846 · PEC martucciconsulting@pec.it. In these Terms we are "we", "us" or "Liftly", and you are "you" or "the customer".

2. What we sell

We sell social media engagement services: followers, likes and views delivered to a public Instagram or TikTok profile, post or video that you specify. The quantity you purchase is the entirety of what we undertake to deliver.

We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc. or TikTok in any way.

3. What we do not promise

• We deliver numbers. We do not promise engagement, comments, reach, sales, sponsorships, monetisation or any commercial result.
• Instagram and TikTok prohibit the purchase of followers and engagement in their own terms of service. Using our service may breach your agreement with those platforms. You order in full knowledge of this.
• Social platforms periodically remove inauthentic accounts, so part of a delivered quantity may disappear over time. We deliver gradually to reduce this, but we cannot prevent it and we do not promise that delivered numbers are permanent.
• We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, any action a platform takes against your account, including restriction, suspension or deletion.

4. Ordering and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that:

• you own or are authorised to manage the profile, post or video you submit;
• the target profile is public and not restricted at the time of the order;
• the information you provide (username or link, and email address) is accurate.

You may not order our services for a profile you do not control, or for any account used for illegal content, harassment, impersonation, or the deception of consumers in ways prohibited by law. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and refund it.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are final. No VAT is applied: we operate under the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario), art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law 190/2014. If you pay in another currency or in cryptocurrency, the conversion rate and any network fee are set by the payment provider, not by us.

Payment is taken in full before the order is processed. We never see or store your card details: payments are handled entirely by our payment providers.

6. Delivery

Your order is submitted to our delivery network within seconds of payment confirmation. Delivery normally begins within a few hours and is spread over several days; with priority delivery it normally begins within 30 minutes. These are typical timings, not guaranteed deadlines, since speed also depends on the platform and on the target profile.

You can follow any order from our tracking page, using your order number and the email address you paid with.

7. Right of withdrawal

Our service is digital content and services supplied immediately. Under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.

At checkout you are asked to give that consent explicitly. If you prefer not to give it, write to us and we will hold your order for the 14-day period instead of starting it immediately. While an order has not yet started, you may cancel it for a full refund at any time.

8. Refunds

All sales are final. Because delivery is executed immediately and cannot be reversed, orders are not refundable for change of mind, for an incorrect username supplied by you, or for commercial results you did not obtain. The one exception is delivery itself: if an order is not delivered, is delivered only in part, or does not match the description, contact us within 14 days and we will re-deliver, top up, or refund it. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: we resolve almost all cases faster than a formal dispute can be processed.

9. Our liability

We are liable for failing to deliver what you purchased and for damage caused by our own fault, to the extent Italian law provides. We are not liable for action taken by a social platform against your account, for followers removed by a platform, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or reputational harm. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here when you place it; the date at the top shows when it last changed.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
